Stuart is signed to Sugar Hill Records and his latest studio album Nashville, Volume 1: Tear the Woodpile Down was released on April 24, 2012. He became a member of the Grand Ole Opry in 1992.

Connie Smith is known for her powerhouse voice in country music, as well as her smash hit single "Once A Day," which topped the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts for eight weeks at No. 1 (from November 28, 1964 to January 16, 1965), and it would hold a record for most weeks at No. 1 by a country female artist for 47 years.

In October of 2012, she was inducted into the prestigious Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Similar to her husband, Smith is also signed to Sugar Hill Records.
