A handful of country music singers will make a stop in Huntsville this morning to promote a new entertainment circuit in Alabama, with venues in Dothan, Montgomery, Mobile, Birmingham and Huntsville.

Tracy Lawrence, Marty Stuart and Darryl Worley will hold a news conference at Signature Flight Support at the Huntsville International Airport at 10am, along with Ronnie Gilley, CEO of Ronnie Gilley Properties/Ronnie Gilley Entertainment and developer of Country Crossings, a music and entertainment venue under construction near Dothan.

WHNT NewsChannel 19 will be at the news conference this morning.

They are also expected to discuss bills in the Alabama Legislature that would legalize and tax electronic bingo games at various locations including at the Country Crossings.

The group will also make stops later in the day in Birmingham and Montgomery.

Country Crossing is a development outside of Dothan that has plans for celebrity-themed restaurants, a fairgrounds, bowling center, electronic charitable bingo pavilion, themed resort hotels shopping and an RV park.
